BeeLuxe Baby Gear Rentals

1. Eligibility & Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent baby gear from BeeLuxe. By placing a reservation, you confirm all details are accurate and agree to be responsible for the gear during the rental period.

2. Use of Rented Gear

Our baby gear is for temporary personal use and must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. You agree not to modify, sublease, or misuse any rented items.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept credit cards and other secure payment options.

4. Rental Period & Minimums

• We have a 3-day rental minimum.
• Rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the agreed pickup date.
• Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.
• No refunds are issued for same-day cancellations, missed deliveries, or early returns.

5. Delivery & Pickup

We deliver directly to homes, hotels, vacation rentals, and airports within our service area. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring access at the scheduled time. Missed appointments may result in additional fees.

6. Condition of Gear

Our gear is meticulously cleaned and safety-checked before every rental. You must inspect items upon delivery and report any concerns within 2 hours. Damage reported after the rental period begins may result in charges.

7. Loss, Damage & Replacement

You are financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or for lost or stolen items. Charges will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs and billed to your payment method on file.

8. Liability Waiver

BeeLuxe Baby Gear Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any rented gear. You assume all responsibility for supervising children using our products.

9. Changes to Reservation

Reservation changes are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service. We do not share or sell your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, safety, availability, or policy violations.
