Delivery & Pickup

    A: We deliver and set up your baby gear at your hotel, rental, airport, or residence. Pickup is scheduled for your departure day, and you can select time windows during checkout. Please note: BeeLuxe does not install car seats.

    A: Yes! We offer airport delivery for added convenience. Just provide your flight details at checkout, and we’ll coordinate a smooth drop-off or pickup.

Rentals & Policies

    A: All rentals have a 3-day minimum. Discounts are available for extended rentals.

    A: Normal wear is expected. However, lost items or significant damage may result in a fee. Please report any issues promptly.

    A: Yes! Cancellations made at least 7 days before your rental start date are fully refundable. Last-minute changes are subject to availability.
